We're still in the process of polishing this stuff up, but we don't see any reason why that should stop us from accepting apps, thus we are totally accepting apps. We'll open up the game on the morning Saturday April 5th, moontime, which is Friday evening earthtime, so you have until our Friday night before that to get apps in. Until then, feel free to ask any questions!
Also if anyone wants to pretty up comms for us, you should probably let us know, because we're sure not gonna do it.
